Prior to vanishing, she was last seen just before 8pm on May 29 in Long Beach, California.

Police said the teen was last seen when a neighbor’s camera caught her getting into a silver BMW with an unknown man near her home in the 1000 block of Raymond Avenue.

Family Shares Diana’s Mental Health Problems

Diana’s family told local Univision affiliate KMEX-DT that the teen left her family’s house to get something out of the car before she disappeared into a silver BMW – and now the family fears she’s in danger.

“She has depression and anxiety,” Diana’s mom, Elizabeth Gonzaga, told the outlet in Spanish, adding that Diana takes a lot of medication for her mental health problems.

The tearful mom added that the teen only understands half of a conversation due to her attention deficit.

She’s Still a Minor

Diana’s aunt Millie Ayvar told local ABC affiliate KABC that Diana being kept against her family’s will de ella is a crime.

“Keeping kids against their will is against the law, it’s a crime,” the aunt said.

“It doesn’t matter if she says she’s on her right mind or she wants to be with whoever she’s with her, she she’s still a minor.”

Diana Sounded Afraid

Retired Los Angeles Police Department detective Moses Castillo has been helping Diana Rojas’ family search for her, according to local ABC affiliate KABC.

Castillo reports that he spoke to Diana when she called on July 1, saying: “I was trying to get her to tell me where she was at de ella.

He added: “She did say that she was injured and she couldn’t pinpoint where she was.”
